I bought myself a brewery!
Ok, that sounds a little full on! I bought a Grainfather and all the goodies I need to brew all grain beer. The first beer is going in, will keep you tuned.
The first beer is to be a New England inspired IPA I will call ‘Not Fit For Human Consumption’
It consists of:
- 5kg Pale Malt
- 1kg Oats
- 300g Medium Crystal Malt
- 60g Cascade Hops
- 90g Galaxy Hops
- 60g Citra Hops
- 60g Mosaic Hops
